The last few weeks I have stepped up my running and am training yet again. This time I am training for two races and also for myself to get back into the groove. I've been listening to the same running playlist for months and last night decided it was time to switch it up. It is spring! Enjoy my new running mix. Use it as a pick me up, listen to it when you are getting ready for an evening out or enjoy it on a morning run to add a little pep to yoru step!
