Just blogging around and found your blog. I used to live and work in Florida (went there to work for my company at the time). I lived in Lake Placid, strange place for the corporate office of a newspaper chain, but there it was. It was beautiful though. I used to run, but that was when I was 38 and now I am 60 with emphysema.
