Exercising has always been a big part of my life. I feel way better when I have moved during the day and have gotten a good workout in. When I found out I was pregnant I promised myself that I would continue to exercise throughout the nine months as much as I could. I knew I would need to tone it down but I also knew that staying fit and active would be good for me during labour, good for the baby and good for me post pregnancy. It was hard to find the right classes to attend and what felt right for a little bit, so after seven months I thought I would share what I have learned from working out with my bump.

I Fancy Friday v. 54
Well hello! I haven't posted a Fancy Friday in quite some time and am excited to be back posting regularly with weekly finds I love. To say the last couple of months have been a bit overwhelming would be an understatement. We moved flat last week and am currently surrounded by boxes, I had back to back events going on with some really big and exciting ones, my parents visited, we went to Holland and this past week we flew away on a little babymoon and it was JUST what we needed. Now I am back with a fresh clear head full of new ideas, baby lists and plans to share more. It has been a great week and we have friends visiting from the States this weekend and we couldn't be more excited. Any big plans for you? Happy Friday! Hope yours is fancy!
1. I always love seeing ideas from the Cream Event and this table decor has me itching to plan something pretty!
2. Loving the way TheWeirHouse styled her watermelon shirt to match OhJoy's new adorable glasses. Think I can get some of those from the States next friend visiting?
4. So I've been glued to my kindle these past few months. With a bit of parenting and baby books I have been trying to mix in some good fiction beach reads! I've really enjoyed these three recently:
5. Going into motherhood, a new terrority for me has me questioning just what my schedule and new life will be. While I am SO excited to meet our little lady, I am also just so unsure of what will come. I love this quote and article from Michelle Obama about being a mom! "So, no, I don’t want young women out there to have the expectation that if they’re not having it all that somehow they’re failing."
6. No, it is not because I am 32 weeks pregnant {ok, maybe a bit more. haha} but I seriously LOVE a good ice cream! Thanks Vogue for including our favorite local Udderlicious in your mix! Read the whole list here.
7. To say I am in love with these adorable baby turbans is an understatement. Little Lady Kobus will be getting a few of these, Shoplittlelu on Etsy.
8. How delicious do these Creamy Coconut Popsicles look? The recipe is SO easy! I think I will make a batch next week for sure.
xoxo - Rebecca
