Style On The Big Day: Charlotte Mills Bridal

You are talking to a lady who loves a nice pair of shoes. I mean, I actually wrote a blog post during my 30th birthday all about my birthday present to myself, shoes. So when it came to my wedding day, I knew I wanted some fun shoes, something with a bow and well something pink and different. I had a shoe in mind that was something very similar to the lovely designer that I am introducing you to today, Charlotte Mills Bridal Shoes. I would have LOVED to have worn her beautiful shoes on my big day and am so excited to share her collection with you today. A UK based designer, Charlotte's shoes are gorgeous and are certainly a stylish keepsake that will always make you remember your wedding day when you put them on to wear to a party for years to come.

Charlotte graduated with a BA Hons in Production Design & Development for the Fashion Industry. After working for many highstreet fashion brands, she made her dream a reality by launching her bridal footwear label. Each shoe is handcrafted in Spain and has a sixpence in the sole and a leather sole that is embossed with the phrase,
" Something old, Something new, Something borrowed, Something blue and a silver sixpence in her shoe."
Charlotte's range of bridal footwear is pretty, fun, whimsical and classic. From glittery heels to peep toe bow shoes and embroidered hearts, I would completely put a pair of these shoes on for a night out with my husband after our big day, they are just that great!

The Beatrice Bow Clip shoe is one of the new lines from this season. Are you shocked if I tell you its pretty much my favorite shoes and I want to wear them out with a pair of jeans, I LOVE them! A gold metallic heel and a gold bowl, these are perfect!

The Alexis is another one that I am smitten with. I would have SO worn these pink ones above to peek out of my wedding dress and add a bit of fun. I love the small embroidered hearts, the hot pink color and the big bow! The Alexis is available in red, pink and blue.

As part of the Anabel line, you have a selection of hearts to choose from; glitter, embroidered "just married" words and happily ever after. These flats are the perfect pair to switch into when your feet are tired out dancing away!

The selection of wedding sandals are not too bad to be part of your beach wedding or after party or garden party, right? Full of hearts and touches of metallic pieces, they would add a lovely touch to any wedding day, sunshine or not!

I agree 150% to what Charlotte says about wedding day shoes, "Brides should fall in LOVE with her shoes and not just settle", so true so true. Well Charlotte, you have surely designed the perfect lovely line of shoes for a brides big day!
